A great example of this is the latest delivery from O’Phee Trailers by New South Wales-based construction company, JMT Civil. JMT Civil’s mantra is “Excellence is not an option, it is our standard” and so expectations were set high when O’Phee Trailers were tasked with delivering a new Drop Deck Widener for their fleet.
O’Phee’s solution

The Drop Deck Widener chosen for the job was given a smart all-black paint job with an orange-trim finish, matching one provided to JMT Civil several years ago by sister company Drake Trailers. It sported a host of features including hydraulic suspension, radio remote rear steer functionality, a pair of bi-fold ramps that extend out over four metres and over 9,000-kilogram capacity remote-controlled hydraulic winch.
A great result
JMT Civil Managing Director Joel Michael Taylor has a hands-on approach to all aspects of his business and was on hand to pick up the new trailer directly from O’Phee Trailers’ manufacturing facility himself. Judging by the pictures posted on social media, he seemed very happy with the result and so was The Drake Group Business Development Manager Sam Drake. Joel Michael Taylor said online that he “can’t wait to get this fantastic trailer out and working hard” and neither can we.
Paired with a pearl-white Kenworth truck with a matching black and orange Daffy Duck decal, this combination is guaranteed to turn heads as it travels across the nation’s highways for many years.
