Our Customer in Focus for this month is Darling Downs Haulage (DDH). Darling Downs Haulage is now the proud owners of a Drake Trailers Full Widener Rear Steer. This trailer comes with the famous Drake designed low profile gooseneck, heavy duty BPW axles, and hydraulic suspension for enhanced stability. Completed with a 2X4 Dolly, Darling Downs Haulage has a versatile and power combination on their hands, which no doubt will be put straight to work hauling machinery around Australia.
The Full Widener Rear Steer trailer retains stability whilst being more manoeuvrable than a traditional 4X4 trailer. It enables Darling Downs Haulage to carry over-dimensional loads and get into locations that were previously too difficult with a non-steering trailer. With remote control steering in both forward and reverse modes and ability to carry between 35-65 tonnes, the Full Widener Rear Steer is a tried and tested workhorse, built to last for many years (and kilometres).
