“The Drake Group Service Milestone Awards” gives us an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the contribution and loyalty of our employees for their years of service.
It’s the dedication and commitment of The Drake Group Team that has kept us in business for over 60 years and it’s a pleasure and an honor to take a moment to congratulate the people that are the fabric of our success!
The award ceremonies are designed to give back to the team and build better bonds with our staff. Some of the key goals we wanted to focus on are:
- Help to give all staff a chance to connect with management in ways they normally do not.
- Celebrate the friendships, relationships, and shared success of the team and strengthen all the reasons our staff choose to stay with The Drake Group.
- Help to improve employee retention to see our staff staying for longer on average.
- Gives us a chance to share these amazing achievements with you and show the work culture that The Drake Group like to foster in the team.
- Most importantly make sure or team know they are appreciated, and to provide a sense of belonging.
We are always looking for ways to create an opportunity for The Drake Group to congratulate employees on their contribution and acknowledge the importance to reward and celebrate the commitment and contribution of staff who have worked for the company for many years.
We celebrated our Awards Ceremony on the 15th June 2022 and will post more photos of the day. We broke down the years into these groups below, and yes! We have staff who have been with the company for 30 and 40 years!

We would also like to make a special mention to our retirees. The Drake Group would like to acknowledge Aveen Cosgrave for over 32 years of Service and the work of Ray Ward who was with the company for 28 years.
