Promoting Australian Women in Trades!
We know that empowering women is not only vital to our business, but the future of Australian trade. And there is plenty of work to be done in our traditionally male dominated industry. Despite trade skills being in high demand and short supply, recent statistics show that only 2% of trades roles in Australia are undertaken by women. So we’re working on making Drake a welcoming place for women to put their skills to work.
