On May 13 the doors to the Brisbane Truck Show will open once again, starting a four-day event where the big players in the trucking industry show off their latest wares. Of course, The Drake Group will be there to display the latest and greatest low loaders built for the Australian market.
Because of Covid-19 restrictions it’s been a while since The Drake Group team have been able to really interact with our customers so we’re looking forward to seeing everyone at the Truck Show. A big theme of our display is Australian Made, as The Drake Group has a proud history of being Australian owned since its start over 60 years ago. By supporting local companies, you’re taking an active role in supporting local jobs, driving economic activity and ensuring the industry’s long-term prospects.
Our stand offers something for everyone, with the biggest and brightest range of trailers from Drake Trailers and O’Phee Trailers, including the massive BoXLoader and Swinglift brands. We’ll have a variety of m
Models on display for you to look at up close and personal, and we’re thrilled to talk about our 2021 upgrades and improvements including a new Steerable Deck Widener and a Quad Axle Drop Deck Widener.
Of course, the team at Drake Collectibles will have some exciting new releases set to debut at the show, so this is one event that collectors will not want to miss out on.
If all this wasn’t enough, The Drake Group will also be attending the nearby Civil and Construction Field Day, where Drake and O’Phee models will be on show. The day is about introducing people to the exciting career paths the industry provides, so we can’t wait to see the next generation of talent take their first looks at what we do.
We’ll also be at the Southbank Truck Festival, showcasing an O’PHEE Crane Counterweight & Accessory SKEL trailer combination. This is a unique trailer design which is new to the market and one that promises to be a real game changer.
